Using Home Loving Cats means my two can stay in their own home when I'm away, enjoying their usual routine. "Sue is a true cat lover, this is the first thing that shines through when you meet to discuss your cats needs, having an ageing moggy who likes her home comforts and a job that demands lots of travel, Sue proved the perfect solution. My cat is not used to close proximity to other cats and spends the whole time in catteries defending her territory returning to me exhausted and stressed. I was determined to find a better solution and Sue is the kind of person who inspires trust. I had no qualms handing over my house keys and entrusting the care of my cat to her. She is professional, gave me some great advice about cat litter! and my cat was very well cared for during my absence. I would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone considering a less stressful solution to cat care. The card with a little update from Sue was a very nice touch to let me know what had happened when I was away, she even went to the trouble of finding me a card with a tabby cat on the front.

"I would thoroughly recommend Home Loving Cats. My daughter and I were due to go on holiday on 18th July and had arranged for a friend to take care of our little Burmese cats Rocky and Rambo. On 16th July, our friend called to say that she had started a new job in London that day and was therefore unable to look after them. We had been looking forward to the holiday so much after losing two close family members only weeks before and were ready to get away from it all. My immediate thought was that we would have to cancel the holiday as there was no one else we could ask to help and I didn't want to put Rocky and Rambo into a cattery. I called my daughter and relayed the bad news and within an hour she called me back and told me that she had found a cat sitting service on the internet called Home Loving Cats. She had spoken to a lovely lady called Sue who had agreed to come out and see me that afternoon. Sue was indeed a lovely lady who clearly does genuinely love cats. She was extremely helpful and professional and spent the next hour or so getting to know my cats and taking details of our requirements. She was able to fit us in at such short notice and agreed to come in twice a day to feed them, change their litter trays and groom and play with them. By the time Sue left, I felt very comfortable to leave my cats in her safe hands. Sue sent us a text message soon after we left to say that all was well. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday and when we returned, there were two happy boys waiting for us. It was almost as though we hadn't been away. We were told that they had maintained their appetites and they had both been brushed and had shiny coats. Sue had done a wonderful job; she had even put the post in the kitchen and put the wheelie bin out. I would completely recommend her to anyone who is considering using the service. Jeanette"
"Home Loving Cats have been a God-send to us. It is a very convenient service and has made it easier for us to get away, sometimes on short notice as well. We have found Sue to be extremely trustworthy and reliable and her love for cats is at the forefront of everything she does. Communication with her is brilliant and she has always got back to us as soon as she was able to. Our cats have been well fed and happy on our returns. Sue will make sure that she has as much information as possible before she looks after a new cat/cats and is only too happy to accommodate grooming needs, playtime etc. Thanks again Sue for having made it possible for letting us have some restful holidays, whilst feeling relaxed that you are looking after our two cats and also keeping our home safe. "Sue from Home Loving Cats looked after my cat Barnes under unusual circumstances. I had to have an operation which meant no contact with my cat, yet I was still at home with him. I made a space for him in the utility room where his cat flap was, but was very worried he would howl for me and be miserable not being able to come into the main house or be with me. He is not an easy cat and can be aggressive to people he does not know. Somehow Sue managed to groom him (he now demands this all the time) and he gained so much from her visits not a howl was heard. No-one seems able to groom him to the same high standard he now demands. Sue played with him and gained his trust very quickly, he took to feeding from the electronic timer Sue provided straight away. I cannot reccommend Home Loving Cats more highly. I was expecting Betty to be moody with me for leaving her but it was quite the opposite, she was waiting for me to open the door for her fuss and kisses and she is still following me from room to room as she does.
