We are Caroline & Mike, and we are passionate about cats!  We love them regardless of whether they are big, small, smelly, fluffy, bald, young or old….They are all so precious and wonderful.

With our service, rather than having your cat suffer the restriction of a small, unfamiliar pen at a cattery, it can instead stay at home in its familiar and stress-free environment!

We have five of our own.  Blue, Ziggy, Ginge, Mia & Dylan.  We couldn’t imagine life without them!

Benefits of our personal service

• In addition to feeding your cats and servicing litter trays, we provide lots of companionship and cuddles (where appropriate) to ensure your cats are happy and content whilst you are away.
• We have owned and loved cats throughout our lives, so you can leave your cats at home safe in the knowledge that they are in the care of loving and compassionate professionals who have a great understanding of how they behave.
• We will visit you free of charge before you depart to meet you and your cat(s).
• We are normally available throughout the year including Christmas and New Year for any length of time you require (from one day upward).  We can also be available at short notice to cover business trips, weekends away or family emergencies, and we will always go the “extra mile” to help customers if they have to extend their time away.
• Although our primary service is caring for cats, we are happy to feed fish or look after other small ‘furries’.
• We will put out bins, pick up post, and water plants.  Please be assured that we will treat your property with the utmost respect.
• Our visits are discrete - as there is no branding on our car or clothing.  
• We never care for dogs - so we will not come into your house smelling of “dog” (which can alarm some cats).  If you own a dog as well as a cat, you will need to make separate arrangements for your dog.
• In the very unlikely event that your cat is unwell whilst you are away, we will seek veterinary advice and take your cat to your vet if required.  We will also administer any necessary medications that your cat requires.
• For your peace of mind, we possess a Basic Disclosure Police Check and public liability insurance.
